HARVEST Company is an affiliate of Guangzhou Qingfeng Group, founded in 1991. It is an integrated manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production and manufacturing of nails for nail guns, intelligent pallet equipment and precision electroplating. Relocated from Panyu, Guangzhou to Zhaoqing High-tech Zone in 2006, the company now employs over 450 staff and has more than 30 years of profound experience in the hardware industry.

Its core operations fall into three major segments:

1. HARVEST Nail Manufacturing(HNM)

We professionally produce construction nails, pallet nails, heat-treated special nails, staples, and automotive seat nails (certified to IATF16949). In recent years, the company has invested RMB 30 million in a solar power generation system, plus 6 sets of energy-efficient high-speed wire drawing machines and 13 sets of integrated high-speed automatic nail making, thread rolling and coiled nail production lines,Our total installed power of equipment is 1.8MW, monthly production capacity has reached 3,000 tons Nails.

Our products are exported to Europe, America, Australia, Japan and other regions, with long-term OEM partnerships with world-renowned nail gun brands including Senco, Bostitch and Paslode. Loose machine nails are compatible with equipment brands such as STORTI, CAP and VIKING, earning us growing market recognition. We are an approved supplier for shared pallet systems CHEP, LOSCAM and EPAL, and have established a production base in Cambodia to secure supply for the North American market.

2. Harvest Pallet Machinery (HPM)

We develop and manufacture automatic wooden pallet nailing lines/automated sorting, repairing and painting lines for wooden pallets, returnable resistance pallets for circular sharing, as well as fully automatic wooden packaging lines for automotive batteries and solar panels. We deliver one-stop automated solution packages for clients.

3. Precision Electroplating

We focus on surface treatment for hardware products and deliver high-standard anti-corrosion and rust-proof electroplating services that pass stringent salt spray tests. Our electroplated nails with coating thicknesses of 8μm and 13μm sell well worldwide. Beyond supporting our in-house production, Harvest also accepts external electroplating processing orders.

The company has long served wooden packaging manufacturers supporting leading enterprises such as Apple, Huawei, BYD, Tesla, JinkoSolar, LONGi and Trina Solar. Our products and services cover multiple sectors including new energy, automotive, electronics, logistics, medical care and timber construction.
